We are situated on Portico Lane in Eccleston Park.
We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Nursery is closed for all bank holidays and for two weeks over the Christmas period
We have an open door policy so there is no need to make an appointment.
Our nursery rooms are run by qualified experienced nursery nurses who are all enhanced CRB checked.
Each child in our nursery is assigned a key worker who ensures the individual child's emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs are met and makes sure that the child is nurtured throughout their time at Portico Lodge.

OUR NURSERY ROOMS AND GARDEN-
Recently refurbished Baby Room with 2 spacious and brightly coloured rooms catering for all children's individual needs from 0-2 years.
Registered for 10 babies to 3 qualified staff and a full time student.

Recently refurbished 2-3's Room consisting of 2 bright and spacious rooms catering for all children's needs with modern bathroom facilities and outdoor access available.
Registered for 8 children with 2 qualified staff and full time student.

Pre-school Room comprises of 2 spacious and recently refurbished rooms catering for children aged 3-5 years.
Situated on the first floor of the nursery children are able to explore and investigate with the wide range of facilities available and easy access to the modern bath room area.
Registered for 12 children with 2 qualified members of staff and full time student.


Upstairs and downstairs modern toilet facilities for children to access. Low level toilets, sinks and hand dryers. Supervised tooth brushing programme takes place daily within the nursery for all children.

Modern refurbished Kitchen with all amenities to ensure all children?s individual nutritional needs are met. The nursery cook is on site everyday to prepare well balanced and healthy meals for the children with the menu evaluated and updated termly.

Large outdoor area with grass and small woodland area for children to explore, investigate and learn. The outdoor area is easy accessible from both baby room and 2-3's and as a range of different facilities for the children to access such as a sand and water pit, mark making area, climbing frame and swings, play boat, story chair, home corner and a range of different games and bikes etc to play with.
All areas of the EYFS framework are available outdoors and are regularly updated and enhanced for their individual interests.
